RAF Seminar

RAF is hosting a 2 hour seminar on the recent legislative change during this second special session on property insurance, SB 2A, by Senator Boyd signed into law on December 16, 2022.
The RAF President and legal committee will explain the new law changes as it relates to homeowner attorney fees, the assignment of benefits change, binding arbitration, time reduction to report first notice of claim, new bad faith requirements, and new timeline requirements for the carrier.
The seminar begins promptly at 3pm and will end at 5pm. Happy hour and networking time is available afterwards in the main bar area of the hotel, beginning at 5pm and will end at 7pm.
