Richie Kidwell
Richie Kidwell became a business owner at a very young age—starting his own business in his 20’s while also pursuing his higher education goals.
His first businesses provided pest control and landscaping services while he also performed home inspections. During this time, Richie received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and later his Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. In 2013, Richie started Air Quality Assessors, which provides air quality evaluation services and is currently located in 6 major Florida cities including Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Naples, and Panama City.
Mr. Kidwell is a Florida licensed mold assessor, a Florida licensed mold remediator, a Florida certified operator for termite and WDO, and his company is licensed as a Florida licensed engineering firm. He is also certified through the National Environmental Training Institute to teach mold assessment and mold remediation classes. Richie is the founding President of the Restoration Association of Florida which was created to provide advocacy at the state level and to improve professional standards throughout the Florida restoration industry.

Adrian Tolentino
Adrian Tolentino, founder of DryPro Inc., has been in the restoration industry since 2016. He holds both Florida mold assessor and mold remediation licenses, with a primary focus on mold remediation. Adrian has built his business on word of mouth and a commitment to doing what’s right for consumers during their property losses.
A proud University of Central Florida graduate, Adrian is a devoted girl dad and an avid sports fan, bringing the “Mamba Mentality” to every aspect of his business. He is passionate about contributing his expertise, fostering collaboration, and strengthening unity within the restoration industry.

James Coyne
James earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Florida Atlantic University in 2017. Immediately after graduation, he began his career in the insurance industry with Universal Property and Casualty Insurance, the largest insurance company in Florida. James quickly advanced within the company, becoming one of its top claim adjusters. Over the years, he has negotiated more than 2,000 property damage insurance claims against Florida’s leading public adjusters and attorneys.
During his time at Universal, James gained extensive experience managing high-volume caseloads during hurricane seasons, including catastrophic events such as Hurricanes Irma and Michael in Florida and Hurricane Florence in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. He remains a licensed adjuster in these states. After three years of mastering property insurance claims, James transitioned to All Points Claim Advisors (APCA) in 2020 as a Public Adjuster.
Now with over seven years of experience in claims handling, adjusting, and negotiation, James serves clients statewide from his home in Central Florida, which provides efficient access to both coasts. He has successfully settled thousands of insurance claims, including residential claims in Pensacola and commercial claims for condominium and business owners impacted by hurricanes. James specializes in maximizing settlements for plumbing, hurricane, fire, and hail damage claims. His hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to Vice President of APCA, where he focuses on expanding the company through organic growth initiatives.
James is also pursuing additional professional certifications to further his expertise, including becoming a licensed home inspector and mold assessor. He believes continued education and licensing are essential for success in the property insurance industry.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, staying active at the gym, and playing golf. Coming from a large family, he is goal-oriented, hardworking, and charismatic- qualities that drive his commitment to both his clients and the growth of APCA.
