The Restoration Association of Florida is hosting a 2 hour seminar on the recent legislative change during this second special session on property insurance, SB 2A, by Senator Boyd.

The RAF President and legal committee will explain the new law changes as it relates to homeowner attorney fees, the assignment of benefits change, binding arbitration, time reduction to report first notice of claim, new bad faith requirements and new timeline requirements for the carrier.

Seminar is from 3pm to 5pm.
